LIMA is certified by the UNI EN ISO 9001 of 2002. The UNI EN ISO 9001 is a set of rules, recognised all over the world; the implementation of UNI EN ISO 9001 improves the quality of the product or the service provided.

The UNI EN ISO 9001 is based on a process model; it is focused on “customer satisfaction” and “constant improvement”.

The company applies to the certification body IEC ITALIA, that supplies certification and third-party audit with experience and authority for the companies working in industrial, trade and vocational activities as well as the rendering of services.

  • Check And Monitoring

    All the semi-finished products are checked during the acceptance.

    During every processing stage, there are sample checks to verify the correct execution of the product in accordance with customers’ requirements.

  • Planning

    Every stage of the production cycle is planned to guarantee that the work is performed with efficiency.

    Every stage is scheduled to meet the delivery timing.

  • Management

    Through integrated management, we are able to make sure that situations of non-conformity are corrected promptly.

    For our employees we guarantee an appropriate level of job training. Jobs and responsibilities for the different functions are established, and to perform the duties the necessary requirements are defined.

    Thanks to the computerized management of the data, we can identify and find every order and lot. Regularly we set goals to promote a continuous improvement.

  • Standards Maintenance

    Suppliers are selected for characteristics such as punctuality in delivery, semi-finished quality, flexibility and technical competence.

    Regular internal audits are made to verify the quality management system.

    We have the most advanced monitoring instrumentation, which is constantly calibrated and scheduled maintenance is carried out for all of machine tools.

IEC ITALIA, member of ECG (European Certification Group) is a specialized world organisation in accredited certification of system management ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 22000, as well as in the training of auditors and advisers.

UKAS and ACCREDIA accredit IEC.

UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Service) is the only national accreditation body for the United Kingdom, recognised by government, to assess against internationally agreed standards, organisations that provide certification, testing, inspection and calibration services. UKAS is an authoritative and recognized world accreditation body. ACCREDIA, the Italian National Accreditation Body appointed by the government, guarantees that certification and inspections bodies, and testing and calibration bodies, possess the competencies for assessing the conformity of products, processes and of systems to the reference standards.
